        Airflow Dryer Introduction

        The airflow dryer, known as a hot airflow impulse dryer or air current dryer, is also called hot air pipe dryer with advantages like direct heating and quick drying. It can be folded for installation to save space.

        Airflow type dryer can be used as the ideal device to dry powdery, flake and heat sensitivity materials like starch, rice flour, food, medicine and chemical industries.

        Airflow Dryer Principle

        After entering the dryer, wet materials are turned over by the spread shoveling plates in the dryer pipe, and then meet the hot air completely to quicken the drying mass transfer. In this process, materials are discharged through the starry valve added into the dryer under the effect of inclining shoveling plates and hot air.
